KANA Elder Services is hosting several gatherings throughout December, and Elders are invited to join us for any or all of these events. ❄️💙

December 3: Elder Coffee Hour at the Kodiak Marketplace featuring Tai Chi with Deb McCusker from 10:30 to 12:30.
December 5: Elder Storytime at the Kodiak Public Library at 10:30, where Elders read with young children. 📚
December 12: Elder Storytime at Alutiingcut Preschool at 10:30, sharing stories, songs, and connection with the preschoolers.
December 17: Elder Coffee Hour at the Kodiak Public Library from 10:30 to 12:30, including Christmas cookie decorating and holiday treats. 🍪✨

Elder Low-Impact Classes continue at the KANA Wellness Center on Mondays and Wednesdays from 11:00 to 11:45, and on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 1:30 to 2:15.
