KANA offers Medical, Behavioral Health, and Dental services for those that are uninsured or underinsured through a Sliding Fee Discount Program based on an individual’s ability to pay. 

Sliding Fee Discounts are flat rate fees that are determined by household size and gross income. Individuals and families may complete the application for the Sliding Fee Discount Program to determine eligibility. Services approved for the Sliding Fee Discount Program include office visits and limited lab services.

KANA ofrece servicios médicos, dentales y de salud conductual a aquellas personas sin seguro o con cobertura insuficiente a través del programa de descuento de tarifa variable según la capacidad de pago de cada paciente. 

Los descuentos de tarifa variable son tarifas planas que se determinan según el tamaño del grupo familiar y los ingresos familiares brutos. Las personas y las familias pueden completar la solicitud para el programa de descuento de tarifa variable para determinar su elegibilidad. Los servicios aprobados para el programa de descuento de tarifa variable incluyen consultas médicas y ciertos servicios de laboratorio.

The Alaska Legal Services Corporation (ALSC) offers legal assistance to individuals in Alaska, both through direct contact and referrals. Applications for assistance can be submitted online, by telephone, or in-person. While eligibility typically depends on income, ALSC has the flexibility to waive this requirement for KANA Beneficiaries.
