Join us for a free Adult Mental Health First Aid training on Thursday, October 2, 2025, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM at the Kodiak Marketplace upstairs event space (111 W. Rezanof Drive).

This course is designed to help participants recognize signs of mental health or substance use challenges in adults ages 18 and older, provide initial support, and guide individuals toward appropriate professional care when needed.
