JOIN US FOR KODIAK AREA NATIVE ASSOCIATIONS’ 59TH ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP MEETING ON SATURDAY, OCTOBER 11, 2025. 

The meeting will be held at the Kodiak Marketplace at 111 West Rezanof Drive, Kodiak, Alaska. Check-in begins at 9:00 AM and the call to order will be at 10:00 AM.

The primary purpose of this year’s meeting is to elect three (3) Directors to the Board, the amendment of Articles of Incorporation, and to conduct such other business as may properly come before the meeting. Each of the following chapters will have the opportunity to elect one (1) Director at this year’s meeting:

• Gwangkuta Suuget – At Large
• Native Village of Ouzinkie
• Tangirnaq Native Village
