KANA COVID-19 Vaccine Registration

The COVID-19 Vaccine is available to the Kodiak community from  9:45am-5:00pm Monday - Friday:

  • Vaccine is available for children 6 months old and older.

  • Parent or guardian MUST accompany children 17 years old and younger.

Flu shots are also available.

KANA COVID-19 Testing - EFFECTIVE AUGUST 1, 2022 

All KANA COVID Testing will be conducted at Mill Bay Health Center until further notice.

 Mill Bay Health Center is located at 2414 Mill Bay Road.

  • Testing is by appointment ONLY

  • Monday-Friday 9:00am-4:00pm and Saturday 10:00am-3:30pm

  • Please arrive at your scheduled time and call (907) 486-9870 to check in

  • You MUST pre-register for testing by calling 486-9870

  • SAME DAY TESTING MAY NOT BE AVAILABLE
