aaahcAccreditation by the Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care, Inc

KANA has been designated an accredited organization by the Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care (AAAHC) as of February 3rd, 2015. A three year accreditation was received for family medicine, dentistry, behavioral health, women’s health, preventive care, and OB/GYN, and other specialties. This accreditation distinguishes our services from many other outpatient facilities by acknowledging that KANA provides the highest quality of care, as reviewed and proved by an independent outside agency. Our collaborative care model has also received recognition as a Patient Centered Medical Home for the delivery of health services in a manner which emphasizes patient rights and responsibilities, the patient/care team relationship, the comprehensiveness, continuity, and accessibility of care, the quality and completeness of health records and the overall quality of care provided. Accreditation will strengthen KANA's ability to attract reputable, qualified providers and staff, further trust with our patients, and celebrate growth in our community.
