Notice of public hearing concerning Community Services Block Grant to serve the villages of Akhiok, Karluk, Larsen Bay, Old Harbor, Ouzinkie, and Port Lions as well as Child Care Development Fund, and Temporary Assistance for Needy Families to serve Alaska Native / American Indian families by the Kodiak Area Native Association.
