KANA’s Behavioral Health Department is offering a COMPASS training event next week for anyone working in a leadership role with our community's youth. The program was developed with the Alaska Network on Domestic Violence and Sexual Assault as a positive mentoring program with an emphasis on the role of storytelling in teaching. Learn to facilitate meaningful conversations to promote healthy identities, build positive relationships, and strengthen safe and violence-free communities.
This event is free and open to anyone over 18 who either currently works with youth or is interested in getting involved.
